One great "tip of the day" when selling  your home.  LET GO of your emotional attachment(s) to your home.  It's extremely hard, but how you feel about your home and property is not what a Buyer will feel.  You must remove personal framed pictures that you have displayed.  Also any extra clutter must be removed.  Your decorating taste is not necessarily a potential buyers'.  It will make a big difference when you have those showings of your property. We all know that we become emotionally attached to our homes and the memories that were created there.   Once you can let go of your emotional feelings to your home, it will make the selling process easier on you.
